Registration Fees:

IFCO Members paying by 1 May 100 EUR
Non-members and everybody paying after 1 May 150 EUR
Registration fee includes participation at all meetings, openings and closing events, lunches, cofee breaks and conference materials. It does not include accommodation. Please go to Accommodation to book your hotel.

Registration forms may be returned online, or by mail to Lubica Semrincova at east-east@ifco.infoBY MAY 20.

Payment will be in Euro and may be made by credit card or by bank transfer to IFCO's bank account - see Payment. (The sender pays the bank charges & full payment must be received by IFCO by the due date to qualify for discounted fees)

PLEASE ONLY USE FAX TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD - LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ALL PAYMENTS IS MAY 20!

No sponsorship/subsidies are available from IFCO / we are sorry for that. Please try charitable organisations (UNICEF etc.), Foreign Embassies and other possibilities in your own country.

Cancellation Conditions

If you need to cancel after having paid your registration fee than the following conditions will apply:

Cancel by May 1 - 50% refund
after May 1 no refunds will be possible.

Different cancellation conditions will apply for your hotel bookings.
